PUBG Esports: Bringing New Maps
2023-04-28

Hello, PUBG Esports fans!

As we have previously announced, PUBG Esports will be introducing new maps to the competitive scene gradually throughout the year. Today, we'd like to find out which specific maps will be added to the official PUBG Esports map pool.

PGS 1: Erangel, Miramar

For the PGS 1 tournament, we will be using our classic maps, Erangel and Miramar, for the last time in an official global tournament.

PGS 2: Erangel, Miramar, and Taego

Moving on to the PGS 2 tournament, we will be officially introducing Taego to our map pool.

  • All PUBG Esports tournaments after the end of PGS 1 will be recommended to use 3 maps: Erangel, Miramar, and Taego.

PGC 2023: Erangel, Miramar, Taego, and Vikendi.

Finally, at the PGC 2023, Vikendi will be added to the map pool as the last map of the year.

  • All PUBG Esports tournaments after the end of PGS 2 will be recommended to use 4 maps, Erangel, Miramar, Taego, and Vikendi.

Please note, with the addition of the new maps, Taego and Vikendi, they will have a lower ratio compared to our classic maps, Erangel and Miramar.

We want to assure our community that the PUBG Esports team is open to adjusting the map pool ratio in the future. We will also be actively listening to the voices of our community to provide the best competitive environment possible.

We can't wait to see the exciting gameplay and fierce competition that these new additions will bring to the PUBG Esports scene.

Thank you for your continued support, and we'll see you on the battlegrounds!
